The Couples Intensive 

This deep-dive, private relationship coaching program is for highly motivated couples who are ready to do the work and want a customized approach to finding healing, understanding, and authentic connection.

For 20+ years, I have specialized in helping people create meaningful, fulfilling intimate relationships. I’m passionate about connection and want to help you rediscover it. 

I believe that our patterns make sense and have wisdom in them. I love helping people bring the unconscious to light, being guided by deep, heartfelt wisdom inside.

HOW IT WORKS

OVERVIEW

Here’s what makes the Couples Intensive different than regular therapy sessions:

  • Twice-a-month meetings allow for ease of scheduling and give you time to put into practice what we’re working on

  • Longer sessions give us more time to delve into things with space and not feel rushed

  • The first month includes more time together, plus separate individual sessions for each partner to allow Andrea to fully understand the dynamic and core challenges

 FIRST MONTH

  • 2-Hour Kickoff Couples Session to establish goals and set the tone

  • Two 1-Hour Individual Sessions (one for each partner)


ONGOING

  • Twice-per-month 1.5-hour sessions

  • Longer sessions = deeper work + less rushing

  • Time between sessions to practice what we’re building
